Privacy policy

The terms used on the this page, referring to the whole website that can be found at: oraz, are: Portal (understood as all web pages, web server, and mail server), User (understood as the person using the site) and Administrator (understood as the subject managing the website and its content and the subject managing personal data and other data regarding the User and his or her online activity on the Portal).

The Administrator collects the following Users' data through the Portal: 1. Data left by the User's information system related to system logs (e.g. IP address, general location, screen resolution, browser, etc.). These data are not used for the purpose of detailed identification of the User but only for statistical purposes. The Administrator also uses statistics of visits to the Portal provided by Webmedia, PL 01-771 Warsaw, Broniewskiego Street 24/124. The portal does not use the "cookies" technology. 2. Data provided by the User as part of his or her voluntary contact with the Administrator (correspondence sent to the Administrator's e-mail address through the 'Contact' page).

The User, at the time of directing e-mail correspondence or any other voluntarily provided personal data to the Administrator, consents to the processing of such data by the Administrator.

The Administrator processes personal data provided voluntarily by the Users, particulary such as: e-mail address, first name, last name, place of residence, country, telephone number. The Administrator uses Users' personal data only for the purpose of current and future communication with the Users, concerning the subject of the portal, as well as any subject related to it. The Administrator does not transfer the Users' personal data to third parties. The data provided is protected from the access of third parties.

The User who has given his personal data to the Administrator has the right to access his data, correct or delete it, ask for restriction of processing, or object to data processing and the right to use the possibility of data transferring.
